As Director of Radiology for Chesapeake Urology / United Urology for over 30 years, I was fortunate to establish purchases and service with Jacob Files with C-Arm Associates. We had C-Arms in all of our surgery centers in Maryland, Tennessee, Arizona, and Colorado. In Maryland alone, we utilized 20 C-Arms. We trusted Jake Files to provide us with refurbished C-Arms that had “good bones“/ inner parts and could be workhorses in our surgery centers. We could not afford the risk of a C-Arm going down in the middle of a case. Horror stories do exist with many other vendors that add paint and polish to C-Arms whose inner parts are in deplorable states of reliability.
Once machines were painted the customer had no clue as to the condition of the main components of the C-Arms. We knew that we could trust C-Arm Associates in securing good / reliable units. We also used CAA with all of our service needs in all of our states. We never had any issues where we felt we were taken advantage of either in billable hours or cost of repairs. I cannot say enough positive accolades about Jacob Files and the 1st class company in CAA that he and his team have built!! Trust is a huge component of one’s success. CAA, under Jacob Files leadership, sets a great example of trust, honesty, skill, and great customer service!!
