I have been a Radiologic Technologist for about 41 years. The last 8 of those have been exclusively as a C-Arm operator. Thus, I operate the c-arm during surgeries as needed.
| The camera on one of our c-arms crashed. I called GE service and was given a quote for service. I then contacted C-Arm Associates (CAA). The quote for the same service was significantly lower than GE’s, so I scheduled service with CAA instead. The field service engineer, Hussein, contacted me. We talked for a few minutes and set up an appointment. Hussein came out as planned and replaced the camera. He was professional and personable. I have had GE service several times. I say that CAA service, and specifically the field service, is comparable to, if not better than, GE’s. For my service call, it was certainly better. I would not hesitate to request service from CAA again. |
