Jake Files, a detail-driven entrepreneur, is focused on customer relationships first. He is always concerned for each customer and their facility’s equipment service needs. He strives to equip these key people in any way that can help them exceed patient care expectations while maximizing equipment uptime. This attribute alone made him the obvious choice to lead the CAA consulting program. With beliefs deeply rooted in God, Jake always uses an honest and compassionate approach. Having an engineer’s mindset, equipment condition and functionality are at the top of his priority list. Jake directly attributes the equipment-reliability aspect to successful medical treatment outcomes.

Jake is a certified electronic engineer with over 20 years of experience in the medical imaging industry. Outside of his professional work, Jake enjoys being a devoted husband and father to his four children. He is passionate about fitness, playing the drums, and actively serving his community.

Hussein is an experienced professional in biomedical engineering technology, holding an advanced certificate as well as an associate degree in applied sciences in this field. With over 11 years in the imaging sector, Hussein has honed his skills in reverse engineering, allowing him to tackle complex challenges effectively.

In addition to his technical background, Hussein possesses a certificate in electronics technology, further enhancing his expertise. His passion extends beyond his career; he enjoys modifying engines and takes pride in his Harley Davidson Road King, which he has transformed into a Road Glide! Hussein also owns a highly modified Mitsubishi EVO 9, reflecting his love for performance and innovation in automotive engineering.

As a fan of football, baseball, and soccer, Hussein plays as a soccer goalkeeper, embracing the teamwork and strategy involved in the game. As a family man, he cherishes his time with his loving wife and two children, striving to balance his professional pursuits with quality family moments. Helping others to the best of his abilities is a core value he holds dear, whether in his work or personal life.

Haider is one of the co-founders of CAA, bringing 12 years of experience in the medical imaging industry. He specializes in production management, where his strong time management skills make him perfect for his role at the head of the production team. Haider is also a certified biomedical engineer, with numerous certifications in the medical field focusing on C-Arms and Ultrasounds primarily.

Outside of work, Haider prioritizes his family and enjoys helping out in his community. He loves playing soccer, lifting weights, and indulging in video games. Haider is dedicated to maintaining a balanced life while excelling in his career.
